"Melting"

I had fun experimenting with this painting, not knowing where it would lead. I still don't know where it ended up, but here it is....

"The Boxer, New Mexico"

A boxer outside in the snow seems about as out of place as I feel here. But here it is.........

A Boy in Savannah

One of the things I like about Savannah is SCAD, Savannah College of Art and Design. You see art students everywhere here, riding on their bikes with their portfolio under one arm, sketching in the parks and shooting photos on the street. With the students in mind, I painted this, using buildings from downtown Savnnah in the background. The most famous landmark here is the fountain at Forsyth Park, shown in the bottom right. City hall is shown above that, with the golden dome. It is a beautiful city.

"Floating"

This painting is a lot like my "Don't Forget to Say "Wheeee" painting, but I wanted to portray a whole bed full of Juniors and Rosies, my dogs, this time.
And.....after a lot of nudging from various people, I decided to let a company print some of my images on greeting cards, and T-shirts and some other things. Those can be seen HERE.

"Pool Boy" (April 22, 2007)

This is the third of three small 11x14" canvases I painted in the last 7 or 8 days, and the only one I'm sending out. They're all 3" wide, and the paintings continue around the sides, top and bottom, but it's impossible to show in a photograph.

My impending move is causing me to "think small" in everything I do right now, including painting. The last thing I need right now are more big boxes to move across the country! This is titled:
